Rob Greer

Photographer

Rob Greer

I’ve always been fond of taking pictures, but I never had a plan to join the growing ranks of professional photographers in Los Angeles. My story began in early 2004 when I became obsessed with nature photography. I soon realized that it would be best for my taxes if I could write off my incredibly expensive camera equipment.

With that sole goal in mind, I moved toward becoming a professional photographer and began to actively seek work as a wedding photographer and portrait photographer. Although I no longer have much time for the nature photography pursuits that launched my career, I’m still behind my camera almost every day.

I tend to resonate best with clients who share my mild obsessive-compulsive tendencies. That being said, although I enjoy organizing the shirts in my closet by color, style, and sleeve length, I don’t expect my clients to share similar passions for planning and organization. Although it would be really neat if they did.
